The product will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is received.

It will be shipped from our HK/German/UK warehouse via DHL with a tracking number. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. Please note that the price and shipping fees do not include the 30 EUR remote area fee. The delivery update system may be delayed, so please allow a few days for tracking your items.

Local pickup is not available. Please make payment within 5 days after your purchase. We provide a one-year factory warranty for our products.

If there is any defect with the item, you can return it to our UK address for warranty. The valid replacement/refund period is 30 days from the date of receiving the item. If the car stereo has a problem, please contact us and keep it in its original condition. Our technician will carefully check the item before sending a replacement. The buyer is responsible for paying the return fees and returning the item to us. We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is reported as defective.

Please be patient as it takes time for the factory technician to repair the returned item. The warranty will be void if there is any damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, improper installation or use, negligence, or an accident.
